Our company is both old and new at the same time. We can proudly lay claim to being the longest serving real estate agency in the Carrum Downs area. Our business began with the very first subdivision in the area – hence our name, BOTANY PARK REAL ESTATE.
That was more than 30 years ago. In that time there has been only two owners of the business including the current Director, Damien Pusch.
With the opening of our Seaford office in December 2009 we became the ’newest’ agent in Seaford. We have always listed and sold properties in the Seaford area but the opening of our Seaford office has enabled us to provide a more complete range of serivces to the area from a local base.
Our sphere of influence now extends well beyond Carrum Downs and Seaford into Skye, Frankston North, Frankston Central, Langwarrin, Carrum and Bonbeach.
We are the only Jenman ’APPROVED’ agents operating within the City of Frankston. As such we provide a point of difference when compared to other real estate agents in the area through the use of the CONSUMER PROTECTION GUARANTEE. While we are not a franchise nor part of a chain of branded companies, our active network of over 200 like-minded Jenman APPROVED colleagues extends to every State in Australia.
