We can proudly lay claim to being the longest serving real estate agency in the Carrum Downs area. Our business began with the very first subdivision in the area – hence our name, BOTANY PARK REAL ESTATE.
That was more than 25 years ago. In that time there has been only two owners of the business including the current Director, Damien Pusch. The company continues to provide a very stable and reliable service in what can often be a volatile industry.
Our sphere of influence now extends well beyond Carrum Downs itself into Skye,
Seaford, Frankston North, Frankston Central and Langwarrin.
We are the only Jenman APPROVED agency operating within the City of Frankston.
